Laura Slugg, BS is a Research Assistant for Dr. Beth Pfeiffer at Temple University in Philadelphia, PA.  Ms. Slugg is primarily responsible for maintaining a record of data collected in several of Dr. Pfeiffer's projects regarding children and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).  Ms. Slugg also recruits and trains family members to participate in physiological data collection, and conducts interviews as needed to gather qualitative data.  In addition, Ms. Slugg in employed at the Indian Creek Foundation as a Therapeutic Support Specialist (TSS), where she is responsible for providing support, intervention and parent training to families of children with developmental disabilities.  Prior to this, Ms. Slugg worked in an Emergency Children's Shelter in Wilmington, DE, and for the Subsidized Child Care Office of Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.. Ms. Slugg earned her Bachelor's Degree at the University of Delaware in Newark, DE.
